HCG Recipes Phase 1

 

HCG recipes phase 1 are important because they are created for the preparatory stage before you start the strict low calorie diet.  During the first phase of the HCG diet, you can consume 1,500 to 2,000 calories.  This phase only lasts for two days, so you will want to create the best HCG recipes for phase 1.

HCG Recipes Phase 1 – Breakfast

Tropical Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½ c old fashioned oats, dry
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ c shredded coconut
  • ½ c coconut milk
  • ½ c evaporated milk
  • ¼ c powdered whole milk
  • ½ c ripe banana (mashed)
  • 5 crushed macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix evaporated milk, coconut milk, and powdered milk with the oats, wheat germ, and ground flaxseed.  Put into a medium sized saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium-high heat for one minute.
  3. Add in the mashed banana, coconut, macadamia nuts, cinnamon, and cream cheese.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until desired consistency.
  5. Let the oatmeal cool for a few minutes.

Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

Ingredients

·         ½ c old fashioned oats, dry

·         2 tbsp wheat germ

·         1 c evaporated milk

·         ¼ c powdered whole milk

·         ½ c ripe mashed banana

·         1 tbsp ground flaxseed

·         2 tbsp natural peanut butter

·         3 tbsp chocolate chips

·         ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1.      Combine the powdered milk and evaporated milk with the oats, ground flaxseed, and wheat germ.

2.      Cook for one minute.

3.      Add in the mashed banana, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and cinnamon.

4.      Cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes until desired consistency.

5.      Let the oatmeal cool before eating.

HCG Recipes Phase 1 – Lunch or Dinner

Spicy Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 100 grams tilapia
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Garlic salt
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle each side of the fish with all the spices.
  2. Place the fish on a preheated George Foreman Grill or similar grill.
  3. After 2 minutes, turn over.
  4. The fish is done when it is flaky.

Homemade “Shake and Bake” Chicken

Ingredients

  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • 1 seasoning bag

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry spices inside the seasoning bag.  Shake.
  2. Add in the chicken.
  3. Grill on George Foreman grill or similar grill until done.

Taco Salad

Note: Once you get to Phase 3, you can add sour cream and shredded lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams ground round or chicken
  • 8 oz organic tomato sauce
  • Taco seasoning
  • Lettuce
  • Dash of water (just enough to wet seasoning for mixing)

Instructions

1.      Brown the hamburger.  Drain.

2.      Add in tomato sauce, water, and seasoning.

3.      Serve over lettuce.
