This HCG diet food list is very similar to the original HCG diet food list created by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons.   There could be small variations; however, the original is used as a basis.  This HCG diet food list will give you specific amounts of the different types of meats, vegetables, and fruits you can consume on this diet.

Seasonings are the key to helping you create interesting and tasty meals while on this diet.  They could actually save you from failing at this diet, as one of the reasons people fail is they get bored with the basic foods they have to eat.  There actually are a variety of foods that you can eat; however, the trick is to keep it at 500 calories and to create variations with the foods that are listed.  Note:  If the food you want to eat is not on this list, then simply do not eat it.

HCG Diet Food List – Free Foods

These are foods you can eat that are free.  They do not have calories; therefore, they can be eaten as much as you want.  These free foods include:

The Miracle Noodles do not have calories, fat, or carbohydrates.  They actually add fiber to your diet.  They are highly recommended as a staple for this diet. It is very important that you measure all your food with a food scale.  Do not guess the weight.  It is very easy to go over, and this will sabotage the entire diet.  The 500 calories must be strictly followed.
